About us

I started my journey into Salt Therapy opening our first centre in 2014 after several years gaining the benefits of salt therapy for our own health. Suffering Chronic coughing fits salt therapy is the only thing that helped restore my health, even medical experts couldn’t diagnose or treat my condition. After starting our first centre I was fortunate to see the benefits in helping manage my youngest son’s eczema, asthma and our hay fever with salt therapy.

Salts of the Earth Narre Warren South was established in 2016 and our family-owned small business moved to consolidate into the custom-built salt therapy centre we run today.

 With over 9 years’ experience providing Salt therapy our aim is to help relieve the symptoms of skin, breathing and other conditions, while clients enjoy a calming environment to help promote wellness and mindfulness in our clients.

We believe where possible in sourcing local Australian made natural products to help complement our salt therapy.  With a range of products for skin, muscle and breathing support, while a focus on wellbeing to help relax the mind.

Our greatest addition in recent times has been our infrared sauna, and with plans underway to expand further we look forward to helping you in the future.
